    The vox isn'y going to cut it if you want some rage or slave imo. The DSL may be up your street from what i've read. Jcm 800 tones in both modes. 2nd channel very high gain though.

    I boost my 2204 with a Ibanez TS10. Gain at 0 and level wacked up. Sounds awesome :) Handles pedals well but not as good as my main amp. ( VM ). I'm looking to get a new dsl 50 too. Mainly for the 1 st channel. The other channel was always a little extreme for me.

    No worries. Thanks for the comments men. Very helpful. Yep the tonebone would not help in this situation but a very handy tool. Two cabs it is then..and yep i've heard about two amps being out of phase. :hmm: I'll have a think. Cheers.
