Please help with my new 60's Marshall

Thank you sir. I bought it as a 1967 model. Is it a big dealbreaker that the amp its from 68? As far as I know, this is a bass circuit, what components do I need if I would like to transform it to a 1987 model. Thanks Krisz

    1969/1970 Marshall SuperLead 1959

The seller asked 3050 euro for it. I will skip this one I think. The JMP 50 bass amp looks much cleaner for me.

    1969/1970 Marshall SuperLead 1959

And what is your opinion about this amp? I choose the player way instead of just looking at them and enjoying the ownership. If this one will be much cheaper than the other, I think I will choose this because I don't want to ruin an expensive fully original collector condition amp.

The amp has an 1987 plate on the back. How can I indentify that it is a bass amp?

    1969/70 JMP Head

I would like to use the amp too, not in concerts just for myself at home, but on high volume ofc. If I have to do these things are they reversible? If yes, these tech work effect the value of the amp? Thx

    1969/70 JMP Head

Some of you said this is a bass amp. 1987 means its not a bass amp. Am I Wrong?

    1969/1970 Marshall SuperLead 1959

    1969/1970 Marshall SuperLead 1959

What do you think about this amp? I have an another topic just under this one about an 1970 50W JMP. Which one would be the better choice. What do you think about the condition. As far as I know the Power transformer was replaced to an other one from a '72 SLP. Was any capacitors changed before...

    1969/70 JMP Head

With this in mind, 3400 Euro is still a fair price for it? Does this hole effect the price a lot?
