Which cab for metal and blues?
To expensive. I do 't need such a cab...for home playing. The Marshall 4x12" with V30 was enough for me. I never needed more for my rig. They sound great. So, for home playing I don' t want to pay to much.- Mika555

Which cab for metal and blues?
Hello guys, I am looking for a guitar cab with 2x 12" speaker. I play rock, metal and blues. I love my celestion V30 speaker in my 4x12" cabs. Hi guys. I have played the sv20H and sc20H today in the guitar center..... Definitely, I think the SC20 is absolutely not the same way tonaly wise as the SV20. The SC20 lack of bass and warmth. What could be the advantage /benefits to play with a 1x12" or 2x12" cab in terms of sound? I know, stereo effects... But I mean mono. Not advanced stereo things. Same sound and plug. 1x12 or 2x12 and why ? In terms of sound, volume, headroom. All parameters..- Mika555

Very interesting. I have 2 cabs 1960 AV & 1960BV (v30's). They sound big in comparison of the standard 1960. Open sounding and nice not ice picky highs. 1185/5000 I like marshall cleans, but I hate distortion sounds like on DSL, because of that extra presence that gives you that fizzy or sparkly sound. I like it when it's neutral. i think exactly the same. i ever love, and that's the reason i play marshall, marshall's cleans; but the overdrive could be not the same. very interesting No DSL is not an option and the jvm sounds good..but paying up to 1200€ for only using clean is not an option. but thanks. No guys, not fender. It's my fault, i have forgit to tell you. I olay metal. Pantera, alcice and chains, and some othe hevy stuff in drop C. For metal i have the od200.
