Why are Jcm 900's not as good as Jcm 800's?
I've owned JCM800 2210 and JCM900 sl-x 2500. With JJ ecc-83 tubes 2210-full stack really kicked ass! But I just somehow liked more the sl-x head! It had warmer sound, better bass and mids on any level! Maybe it was becuase sl-x was 50w and it gave more dynamic sound on lower level, and...- JohnnyMichael

best amp to use with fx.....
Get the Marshall 9200 or EL34 PowerAmp! There's nothing more what you need, only Power! With it you'll get stereosounds out of your fx-system or you can change the preamps and fx-units and build your racksystem... And then you're wondering, where did all the money go? Heh! :dude:- JohnnyMichael
