    Jcm 900 high gain mark 3 -where is the bass ???

    I've had 2 JCM90 Mark III heads and agree they sound somewhat anemic at low volumes unless a graphic EQ is in the loop. Once they are opened up a bit all the bass comes in and they thump and roar. All the DSLs and JVMs pull off the low volume thing better out of the box but the JCMs at drummer...

    I believe CC#14 2 and above acts as a toggle. Another question, are folks configuring Patch MIDI 1 to change both the PC and CC or using MIDI 1 for PC and MIDI 2 for CC?

    Gene - Yep the standard two-button footswitch worked perfectly.

    Any Luck Using Boss Es-5 Or Es-8 With Dsl40cr Or Dsl100cr?

    I can use a Boss ES-5 to switch between Clean/Crunch/OD1/OD2 using MIDI program changes but sending MIDI CC#13 for the loop state works sometimes and CC#14 for the master volume select never works. Is anybody able to use Boss ES-5 or ES-8 MIDI to control the master volume select and loop state?
