    mines a stock 6100 el34. when I was young back in the early 90's I toured the uk ( supporting status quo!!) and marshall lent me their ( then new ) 6100le. Played some big gigs with that! the quo all used jubilees.

    ok , 2203 keeper 6100 clean destroys 2210 clean. Has more options. 6100 b channel "different " from 2210 but prefer 2210 , not by much though Then theres the debate - reliability going forward of the 6100 vs the 2210. Being that 6100 is a PITA , very complicated.

    thanks for the info. Is access to the pcb fairly easy? I heard a rumour its a nightmare to get to. If its unscrewing fine , if its unsoldering stuff just to get access would be good to know whats involved. thnx in advance

    Can anyone tell me how to reverse the lm lead mod on channel 3. Back to the original lower gain 6100 specs. I understand its a few resistors and a cap. Possibly something bridging into channel 2? I want less gain. for me anything above 9 is unusable. Ideally a 2nd channel 2… thanks
