JVM410 with less than a year dead twice. Lights ok but no sound.
hi, I had a similar issue (sound was sputtering and dying) with same amp as you... the tubes are covered 90 days only. I was like 6 days out of that 90 day limit but they still honored the warranty... So probably why you need to replace the tubes yourself cost wise since you've had it for...- Keith.

hi all, just providing an update... it took a few phone calls but looks like it will get sorted out with the warranty even though I am past a few days with the tube warranty. so that's good news !! I was a little surprised with Marshall response though... they simply gave me a case number and...- Keith.

thank you DoD !! appreciate that ! I did send an email to the merchant and waiting for the reply ! I did find a video with the exact issue after I posted but the person who posted the video never posted the solution to it... So hopefully I will get a straight answer from the merchant and...- Keith.

hi, I picked up this amp JVM410C last December brand new. About a month ago, I turned it on and some crackling sounds started happening... but it went away after shutting it down and powering up again...so I thought it was a one off glitch and used it a few times since no issues...
