Finally got my hands on a Peavey Bandit, this one is from about 1981 and in clean condition. The pots were shot so they got a heavy dose of Deoxit and so did the inputs, everything works fine now! The features of this amp are what drew me in, I wanted this amp back in the day but it was out of...
hej everyone, not sure if this question makes sense, but I will give it a try:
I am rocking a SC20H + SC212 for a while now, I mostly use it for home. Yesterday I was in a new rehearsal room and got to try a JCM800 4211 50w 2x12 Combo - and I was so impressed. It was running so soft and smooth...
SOLD . . . . .
If anybody wants the green and yellow leds let me know.
Pretty sure I can dig them up and send you a set.
Pretty easy mod if you have a good solder setup.

Hi all - I was wondering if someone could give me advice on a used JCM800 4010 combo that's for sale. I wouldn't be able to check it out in person before buying, so I'm wondering what I should ask for before pulling the trigger. I've attached a few photos but should be getting more soon (I'll...
Really I’ve had it for over a week now, but I wanted to live with it a bit before reporting. I bought it from @Melvin who found it too loud for home use. It’s a 1x15” combo, currently fitted with a Jensen Mod 15-120. I did get the original G15B-100 in the deal, but I haven’t tried it yet...
Hi there.
I saw this pretty new video Marshall released in Youtube.
Great video. Much better miking than the head comparison (IMHO).
NOTE: It's nice to hear how they sound in the original combo (1x10 vs 1x12 vs 2x12). But would be also nice to hear all of them in the same cab.
Up for sale is my Friedman Small Box 50 Watt combo amplifier. This thing has served me really well of the last several years, but I've decided to make my '50s Fender Deluxe my main "dirt" amp and move this one on.
This has two channels. One is plexi-voiced, so you can get some light to moderate...
I have a DSL40C with a bad hissing noise. I've tested for microphonic tubes and even just replaced the V1 preamp tube with a new one, which according to other people who had the same issue, fixed the hiss. I also moved the tubes in different combinations but the noise remains. I'm not sure what...
Up for sale is a Marshall 5213 MOS-FET 100 Reverb Twin solid state combo amp. I got this locally a while back and have quite enjoyed it, but am making room.
As you can see, it's got a lot of wear from usage, including a few tears in the grill cloth as well as some tears in the tolex around...
Hi, i purchased a Marshall Lead 12 MK1 combo, removed the two diodes that make the fuzz circuit (i want a bedroom JCM800, not a Big Muff in an amp).
Alot of people talk about this amp being "fizzy" and "sounding like a toy" but honestly its that 10" speaker it comes with that makes it sound...
I've run out of room and need to let some equipment go. I have a great little Fender modeling amp for sale on Reverb. I've priced it below average so that I hope it sells fast. Nothing wrong it. Works great.

So I have a vintage modern 2266c and everytime I engage the effects loop I lose volume and fullness (doesn't seem to have the same power when engaged even with the boost) Is this normal? Is there a way to fix or improve this? I love the amp but would love to be able to throw a delay and verb in...
i recently bought a 4210 JCM 800 1X12 50 watt combo, and then a 1933 1x12 cab to go with it.
The 4210 is an 82, and I don’t know what year the 1933 is.
Anyway, the 4210 will not stack on top of the 1933 because the feet don’t line up with the holes on the cab. The amp barely stays on top of...
Hello all,
I needed to change out a pot on my Marshall 8080 and didn't want to disconnect all the wires, so I took apart the main transformer so I could manipulate the circuit board in a way to get to the underside to replace the pot. That went fine.
When I went to test it, I found that there...
My back is having a hard time carrying a full 100 watt stack every time I want to blast the neighbors outside. I have been wanting a portable rig that would sound good and be fairly portable or at least more portable than a head and 4x12. I have been looking at some JCM900 combos since the...
Hey there,
I love the sound of my newly acquired DSL5C especially when slightly cranked up (or all the way cranked up :-D) to get a satisfyingly crunchy, distorted tone. But I would like to hook it up to an attenuator, so as to preserve the sanity of my neighbors who don't appreciate that sound...
