1987x metro loop install problems

Installed the loop and it's not working. I have 315v at the b+. Checked the ground with a meter. Removed the loop to make sure the problem isn't in the amp. I'm getting very low volume. I connected to the middle lug on the treble pot and br4. Where have I gone wrong? I

Without a schematic diagramme of the loop board, there will be only guesses.
Have you got ther schematic?

I believe the in and out are in fact reversed reversed. Treble slider should go to the terminal marked IN on the loop board.
