2553 tube bias question

I bought a 2553 recently and I noticed that one of the power tubes glows hotter than the other one. My question is...can anyone supply a brief tutorial on tube bias for this amp? I was hoping to find something on youtube but no luck.

one of the power tubes is much brighter than the other. just assumed that the brighter one was hotter but I'm stupid
