Finally got this late pinstripe locally in Chicago after being aware of it for at least 20 years. The CA18 T1221s are not original to the cab. Look at this similar period 4 X 12 that happens to have 01CA T1221s.

My serial number is 17XXX. Seems potentially '68. What other characteristics have others seen to date these? This Tolex is a bit different.

What a survivor! It's in such great shape, even the grille cloth.

Despite the 20W labels most likely these are 25s.

Junk notes is into something. Looks like there are holes after a corner logo, can’t tell if it’s two or three? Which means T1221s aren’t original to the cab. Is there a model number by the serial number?

Extremely nice nevertheless!

Amazing! Would love to have one with the g25H in it.

Yeah I would say 1221 25’s also labeled as 20 but who knows. Amazing sounding speakers when working correctly.

CME had one of these in there store with a not for sale sign on it last time I was in Chicago.

Very nice cab. Serial and tolex suggest late 67 / early 68 to me. Looks like it had the bass logo originally.

I would say those CA stamped speakers are roughly period correct for it, and preferable to T1511's anyway in my opinion. I would keep them in there.

Your site of course confirmed what the speakers are and the cab on Ebay for pick up in Somerset seems to confirm the speakers to be period correct. His doesn't have the serial number, but it sure looks from the same period as mine. I do have the Bass logo which was glued on at some point. I won't be messing with this bottom. It sounds stellar. I have been using it with a '69 50W.

I don't see any sign that there ever was a model badge on the cab.
