Owned a DR103 same ‘71 year in the past. Stupid loud and clean if that’s what you’re wanting or needing. Good w pedals but felt it did not have much compression give due to its clean headroom. ended up selling mine since it didn’t get used often.

Just this past week I bought a ‘76 DR 504 that I’ve yet to take possession of. By mid 70’s Dave Reeves had added more gain to the circuit.
