Anyone got an MC412 cab?

I've been trying my Ceriatone JTM45 through various 12" speakers and I'm starting to like the sound of 12's better than the 4x10 1965 cabs I have.
Shipping cabs is such a PITA and can be pricy, so looking local I saw an MC412B cab in good shape at the little shop where I've taken stuff for repairs.
It's loaded with Rocket 50's, but I'm not concerned with that as I'd swap them out.
I could probably unload the quad of 50's on Reverb and recoup a good chunk of the cab cost.
Cheaper than a scratch build - just needs some piping...

Far from it.
Also thinking, at this price, I could chop the MC into a 24" wide tall 2x12.

Also got an email out to Nik about a proper Ceriatone JTM45 head shell and a pair of empty 2x12 cabs.
But the MC cab chop would require tolex, so that's still in the realm of possibilities.

I have the A & B MX cabs with a DSL100 which has a different sound than a front line Silver Jubilee as I have both. The DSL with the MX has a good sound just different. I had the back off adding caster pockets because they told me at Marshall the particle board would not support them. I made the inside so it would.
