I have the ability to pick up this lot of tubes for $75. It's about an hour drive. I really don't see much in the way of useful guitar tubes, but maybe somebody can chime in on whether they see anything of value here. Somebody picked them up wholesale so no real telling if they are decent or dead. I know Standard was a rebrand of a lot of stuff. I do have a tube tester so I could at least check for shorts. Pics attached. TY

You'll be better off buying two or three decent 12AX7's for the money, or a pair of outputtubes.

This stuff just clutters up your storage.

I don't see enough useful tubes, considering you won't know if any are good, to make it worthwhile.

You might find a couple or few nice ones.

I'd pass.

Mostly old TV tubes. Avoid unless you have access to a tester.

Great if you repair old tube TVs. Otherwise I see nothing of any interest except the 6SN7s may be worth a few bucks to the tube audiophile crowd. I'd pass.

I bought a couple boxes of old tubes about 10 years ago. I saw a few 12ax7's & offered $50. I wound up with about 25 RCA 12AX7, a few Tungsols & a Mullard.
I also found 8 matched power tubes(I dont recall the spec) for HI-FI. I sold most of the non Guitar tubes on EBAY & totaled about $750 all told. Some were 6sN7's. They all seemed to be audio tubes. Included were about 25 AA5 tubes, which I still have.
