Well, at least for now...
I have finally found a great setting/settings/pedals for the sounds i want from my dsl 50
I use the green channel with the crunch button in, turn the gain lower and use that for my clean tone, with the volume on the guitar rolled back slightly.
Great clean tone for my funk stuff.
For my "modern gain" like sound, i set a metalzone in front set to my liking.
I use Lead one with the deap button in, and it really has helped things compared to my old setting with the lead two. I have a tube screamer as a boost in front of the amp as well for my solos on the lead one. I might purchase a fat boost 3 to see if i can get a little more raunch from my solo's. Overall, i am very satisfied now. I thank everyone that gave me their suggestions. Kudos!
