To prevent any nasty surprises that you don't want, pack up the amp, and when a prospective buyer asks for shipping charges take it to the shipper and get the exact quote. Otherwise you might promise a certain price and end up eating a huge loss. And don't trust the online calculators, they are almost always wrong.

CL is showing that the ad was deleted - if I can ask, how much was it? A local place just got in a 6100 head and matching cab in blue (plastic logo, not the brass one) - it's under $1500 for the whole rig.

Thanks, I'm just curious. Nobody wants the big cabs any more!

They've got a blue 6101 too, but it's $1k.

I'm still trying to figure out to nav this site, ( how to post a new thread/etc) I just pick up a 6101 (Blue) with the matching 1-12 ext. cab. I have a 6100 LM, original purchased a 6100 LE in 1992. Love these amps.....to hear the roar of a Marshall..............
