Headphone out put

I am using a vox vx1 amp that does not have a line out socket only a headphone socket.
I would like to record from the amp as it is set up.as I want
I have just bought an audio interface and wonder if I can connect using headphone jack as I don't want to.mic up thr amp

Yes, should work, just don't overload the input.
To set the latency in Reaper I do a loop back test where I connect the headphone out to the audio interface in and hit record. Works fine.
