Hello,
I believe I'm in the right spot for selling equipment. I have the following:
JCM 800 1960(A) Lead Series cab with 4 G12T75 16ohm speakers for sale. All speakers work fine. Serial number of cab is 27779 if that means anything. Has what appears to be the original dark brown fabric ('tolex' it's called?) on the front.
I'd like to sell it because although it all sounds good and works fine and there's nothing wrong with it, it's simply not what I want. I'm in northeastern NJ. You're welcome to try it out if you like. I shelled out $450 for it but I'm willing to take any fair price on it.
For those interested in any supporting story, my original one from the early 80s that I bought new got stolen along with other things from my house from a very unscrupulous contractor and I bought this one on the fly so to at least have something that makes sound but I prefer something different. Guess I should've waited and not rushed so to hold out and find/buy what I really want.
Feel free to PM or e-mail - whatever's easy.
Thanks,
Charlie
