Hey, what kind of choke would work for a jcm900 mkiii 2500 (50 watt)?

I'm seeing too many chokes, and some are sold out, so I need some help in picking a good one! Thanks!

Yo Adriaaaaaaaan!

Adrian, our resident choke guy, recommends this one.

I can't tell which one that is, the pic is pixelated.

I checked w mercury magnetics and they recommended theirs, Mar100-C, anyone have any word on those?

Just corious. What could happened If you install a biggest choke? Like 6H or 10H 200mA DC.

I'm curious about this too. I have a JCM900 SL-X and a MkIII - both 100 watts. I was considering 10H chokes for each of them, simply because that is what my JM410H also has.

An increase in impedance of the choke will filter better but make also the amp slower in reaction as the magnetic field has to build up and also to decay.
So replacing a 3H with a 10T can be heard in some cases, with the amp being more "choked" with the 10H...
