Hi

I sometimes use my TSL60 for some recording at home using the XLR output in the back. But since the amp still needs to be fully powered on (not on standby) for the direct out to work, I guess I need to have some load on the speaker cable from the amp.
I always have the master volume on 0, though.

I don't need a fancy load box with cab sims and stuff. Just something that gives as much resistance (or whatever) as my 4x12 cab would have done.

What do? Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Oxford ish sorta...
A 16ohm wirewound resistor should work just fine. 200 or 300W should be enough to not have to worry about additional heatsinking should you decide that cranking the master is beneficial.
