The Les Paul Classic Plus and The Les Paul Premium Plus
'96 Classic Plus # 6 1920 9.24 lbs
neck 496R 8.23k ohm
bridge 500T 14.61k ohm
volume pot 20-440-70034 300K
tone pot 16-440-71079 100K
ceramic cap 203M
The stock 500T had been retired from service along with the pots years ago and a fresh 500T took its place faithfully.
All the pots recruited are 440-70034-0706 300K.
For the record, the invoice with barcode label had the following description :
Les Paul CL PR+ T.A NH W/C LPPP/TA/NH
likely to be Les Paul Classic Premium + Translucent Amber finish Nickle Hardware with case
Les Paul Premium Plus/TranslucentAmber/NickleHardware
Please note the greenish inlay of a Classic Plus and the brownish inlay of a R7 goldtop are quite appealing.
