Marshall DSL1CR 2-Channel 1W Valve Combo Amplifier with 1x 8 Speaker, Reverb Question

Hi all, I have the Marshall DSL1CR 2-Channel 1W Valve Combo Amplifier with 1x 8 Speaker, Reverb, and I would like to know if I can connect headphones to it. I can disconnect the red cable in the back of it, and connect my headphones but I can only one side of the headphones. Can you anyone please help? I want hear both sides of my headphones. Or is it something I can't do.
