Amp is in like new condition and about 3 years old.
I really do love this amp, I held on as long as i could, but I need the money more than the amp unfortunately.
more pictures of guts and stuff like that can be found here:

That's such a stupid gimmick. No amp really "goes to 11." They just alter the numbers so that instead of marking 10 numbers, they mark 11. The full-open value of the potentiometers is still the same, whether the mark says 10 or 11, there's no difference. The amp doesn't get louder. The gain doesn't get higher.

Damn son, no one likes a Debbie Downer.

Besides, how else are you going to get that extra push over the cliff?

Which Metro plexi kit is this? 45/100 10xxx or 12xxx series? I was guessing 10xxx from the PT pic but figured I'd ask...

Honestly, I'd love to be able to tell you, but I don't know.
That's why I'm willing to take offers because maybe I'm asking to much.

Its one of the Metro amp kits that George used to sell. Which were like 1969 style amps. You could order them to be Super Bass or Super Lead. This is a Super Lead, because V1 is split cathode.

The kits were about $1,100. Whoever put it together did a REALLY good job too. Not really a solid price on these. I've seen them go anywhere from $600 to $1,200.

Yes, that sounds right because I remember him saying something about being based on the '69 spec.

thank you for an idea in price.

If that's the case I'll drop the price to $1050

Takers?
