Hello, new here...I was going to purchase a new guitar but none has bonded with me when I tried them out...Gibsons...Heritage...PRS Retro Santana Core..PRS 594 Core..Caparison Custome Line Horus...Tom Anderson Shorty..

So I decided to get a new amp instead...I current amps are Fillmore 50 and matching 2x12 cab...Marshall Vintage Modern 100 head and matching Cab...This lock down is driving me nuts so I want to vent loud is more good as JHS said...pedals I have JHS Twin Twelve...Gig Boson Overdrive...Uberchall Distortion....Zvex Wooly Mammoth...Beetronix Octahive...JHS Muffeletta..Vise Grip Compressor...Seymour Duncon Pick up booster..J Rocket Line Driver...EH The Silencer...

These are the amps I am interested in:
1. NOS JVM Joe Satriani blue colored head and cab for U$ 1800...practically brand new

2.Orange TH 100 head and PPC 4x12 U$ 1300 mint, only used once

3. Brand New Supro Thunderbolt mk2(under Pigtronix I think) for U$1100

I say JVM too but your playjng style and sound would certainly affect your decision. A JVM half stack and a Supro combo are quite different critters. Gonna have to listen to them.

It depends on what you want your main tone to be. You gonna use all your stompers at once? Sometimes.?Do you want the new amp alone to have all your favorite tones on it?

One thing I can say is that if you get the Satriani JVM throw away all your overdrive/distortion/boost pedals.

Not required with a JVM.
