one tube (EL34) takes longer to light up??

Hi I have noticed that when I turn my amp on that one of the EL34's takes longer to light up..
Its 100 watt and its the tube closest to the preamp tubes..
Is this a biasing issue?
Amp still sounds good..
could this be a problem for the transformer if it keeps doing it?

any advice would be great..

No...it's just the valve itself. Nothing to worry about...some do that.
