Any marshall combo amp relevant here regarding reamping with a Fryette Powerstation (for this purpose-4104). Are there any issues with unplugging the speaker out from the combo amp and inserting speaker out into the PS100 amp in as it's seen as a load, then speaker out of the PS100 back into the combo speaker cab in? Standard re-amp. thanks

No issues at all, just match the impedance on everything (amp, PS and speaker) and you're good to go.
