Rattling on one Fender 12 inch blue labeled Eminence Speaker in a Red Knob twin! Fixable or which suitable speaker replacement?

Noticed a rattling from one of the 12 inch original blue label speaker. Discovered cone is some like torn or beginning to rip. How to you fix this or should i just purchase a couple of eminence red white speakers? Any better recommendations to get that Zeppelin Marshall crunch heard in The Song Remains the Same:



Clean on the clean channel and overdriven on channel 2

Go to the store and in the pharma department get some flexible/breathable tape.
Take that and put as little as possible on the backside where the problem is located.

I mean, if it is just a tear causing the issue.
