Recommend a speaker for Plexi other than greenies

Work great when you have a huge delay sound and a Whammy.

I think by the age of OP's post, we're a bit late to the party?

Im thinking he has a 112 combo due to wanting an Alnico Gold. 2 or 4 in a cab is spensive.

Just to p!ay along. I'd go for the Cream 90 if going Alnico.

Mojotone BVH30. My preference for an H30. Don't get that spikey upper ear fatigue. With a P!exi? A welcome frequency change. Although his clone is a Lead bass version. Another thing to consider.

Finally a Fane M65. Here in the states you can get Fane speakers at Avatar cabs in Idaho.

I use all these speakers currently with different amps including the Gold, Heritage 65's.

If doing a 412 cab I'd do different.

Update: I bought neither of those... I've had a pair Vintage 30... Didn't care much about them with a plexi...
