That sounds great, Dan. Not too often you get to hear clips of a modded Marshall with singles on the clean channel, but it definitely demonstrates another benefit of the Friedman. Bonus points for the ultra-rare-for-the-forum's Frampton riff at the end.

Thanks fella's, i gotta admit, when i sent the amp to California i pretty much figured the clean channel was history.

I asked Dave if using the Gain Cut could work the same way as the old low input i was a bit skeptical, but it worked out just the way Mr. Friedman said it would.

You can cut gain in any configuration you want, the amp cleans up nice.
