When is it too dark or cold to grill?!? I love grilling in the snow!

I used to winter grill all the time - had a deck with a roof and good lighting.
My place now is on the top of a hill and gets so windy that when it's cold out, the grill on high heat won't melt ice, let alone cook meat.

This is the first poll I've done in a very long time. Like, probably two forum "upgrades" ago. I'm now realizing that, among so many other things the site admins messed up, there's no ability to modify polls after what appears to be 5 minutes. There's an "Edit" button, but you can't edit the options, the secondary title, etc.

Wife has an exercise schedule that cannot be interrupted. We eat anytime between 4 - 4:45, but closer to 4. Sometimes 3:30. It works for me, I'm an old guy and I don't like to digest a meal in the evening. I may pick light at night if the munchies strike.
