In 1984 and 1985, Kramer switched to Duncan pickups, and the Baretta was included for the change. The Seymour Duncan JB became the standard, still featured in the Zebra color scheme. The majority of Barettas featured reverse Zebras, but there were some Schallers and Duncans that were installed...
Yes, I'm talking about the 2 LED's on the board. I know the panel is just an indicator.
So when neither of the knobs are pulled, there is no diode clipping going on?
Thanks
I own an original 2555 and would just like a laymans explanation of what is going on with the circuit in regard to gain structure, and the pull knobs.
From looking inside, the "pull lead master" is utilizing the LED clipping.
Also, why does pulling the "rhythm clip" lower the volume so...
Is it the 47k R23? Guess not since my amp doesn't have anything in R23.

I pulled Groove Tube GTE34LS's out of it, and they biased properly.
Only able to get...
Anyone tried this before?
I did it to my 2 button JCM-900 footswitch and it works great, but my -800 2205 channel switcher has got me a little stumped.
First, all the voltage I am finding in the footswitch is 1.5v on channel side, and .9 on reverb.
I can make the 1.5 side work, but...
I just performed this mod in a Metro 1987 clone with PPIMV and it is great!
It appears that now that Input 1 is normal and Input 2 is the cascaded input, with a double master? Vol 1 acts like preamp and Vol 2 as volume, with the PPIMV after that.
Thanks for the info!

I'm thinking that if we rehearse using the same mixer we can tweak our individual IEM mixes and then when we gig the mixes ought to work in a live setting? Assuming we use the same gear that is?"
We used...
