Out of the different boosts I have, ts series, sd, ds, rat and a few others, my suhr kokoboost colors less. half the time I use it as a line boost. Great pedal.

The extra tube socket hole was for a tube buffer effects loop. Two holes extra holes on the back panel was for the send and receive jacks, I'd say someone took it out and definitely installed a bass resonance control in one of the loop holes and a 3rd speaker jack in the other...
Yes he is plugged straight in, but those Marshall are landgraff modded amps. Which are tough to find and pricey to buy. Even tougher to have a marshall modded by landgraff.
High input, sd1 or the keeley ds1, Keeley ts9dlx through kokoboost set kind of low into 77 jmp. ts9dlx isn't too bassy but does push bass. I don't run a lot of bass anyway..

Poor rebuilt 83 jcm800 4104, now its freakin nice and loaded with zoso and mundorf caps. much bettter now LOL
Just got some bm75-25 watters, man very nice!! not very beamy like my greenbacks. Nicer top end, I can walk around and on and off axis not much change, that part alone made me happy. I'm really happy with these speakers.
