I thought about that but I don't have any issues with my DSL15H, And I've played multiple guitars through with various pickups and it does the same thing.- SilentNovocain

Why Does My 2555x Sound Muddy?
I've tried through both my JCM800 Lead 4x12 and an 80s Randal 412TC cab. Sounds about the same. Honestly the tubes were my first guess, I've never held on to a head long enough to hear the tubes go from good to bad- SilentNovocain

Why Does My 2555x Sound Muddy?
I've had the 100 watt silver jubilee head for about 2 years now and it's never been gigged but over the last couple months I've noticed it sounding darker and muddier even with all of the bass rolled out.
