I've been trying to find a way to tame the brightness of my origin 20h (ice pick cap à la Rob Robinette, increased caps for the tilt, ...) but what finally worked was to add plate bypass caps at V1. I added 1nF's around R64 and R70. If you find your 20h on the shrill side, this will help...

There's a relay to replace a bypass switch (I guess) that I haven't drawn. And the tilt function seems to really be a mixer between two caps...
Thanks for the advice. Rolling off the presence, the tilt and the treble does help a bit. Rolling the guitar tone too. Though it's a fine line before the saturation losses a little of its bite.
