Anyone know what this is?

This fell out of my jcm 2000 dsl.
Pulled chassis out for cleaning and this was in the head box.

Other side is blank.it was on the input side of amp.

15 or I5 Could be very small value, How big is it? smaller than a pencil eraser? Best guess is 15pF but the markings could mean 150pF or 1500pF though 1500pF would be larger than the diameter of a pencil eraser.

It does not appear to have been mounted and then broken off as the leads are full length. Most likely an extra part that flew across the room in a parts fight, or it was kinda pinned to another one in a bin as they pulled it out and it sprung out somewhere. Into your chassis.

Definitely smaller than a pencil eraser,thing is tiny and I spent hours looking and everything seems intact. Oddly enough all the solder joints I seen look good to.

the factory would not have left the leads that long so I doubt it's originally part of the amp. I cant' tell from the picture if the ends have ever been soldered . If not, its just a spare component that got trapped somewhow.

Good,thanks for the help guys. There absolutely no sign of it being soldered.
