Best marshall amp for clean tone??

And I’ll bite too.. since this thread came back to life pretty good.

Pretty much every Marshall gets good clean toneS with an eq pedal.

My PA20 has the best clean tones of any of the 30+ amps I’ve owned. Natural compression and perfectly balanced EQ. A little hair if you dig in.

I believe , makes no sense with the gain it has .
I witnessed it , friend Duane plays drums His previous band’s guitar player Art is playing the Gibson double neck through a Silver Jubilee

That is a really nice Song Remains the Same ! Really nice 12 string work ! Loved it man , Mighty Thanks for Posting !!!!!!! Really nailed the guitar !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. you should have kept going into the Rain Song as I heard the first bar .

My DSL 50 and DSL 100 are FANTASTIC for cleans. I like the Bassman-ish spank that they do. It's more of a flatter, rounder clean than my Fenders that are sparkling, chimey and glassy. Easy reasons to have more than one amp of choice. Lol
