DSL 2000 Footswitch

I have a 5 button footswitch for a DSL 2000 that needs all new switches. Does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram/schematic and parts list for the footswitch? Trying to see if it worth replacing the switches or buy a new one.

DSL2000? Do you mean JCM2000?

Thanks for the schematic. It is a DSL2000 but the schematic matches the footswitch I am working on. Turns out the ground wire was broken off t he PCB. The owner thought he needed all new switches. Resoldered the ground wire and is now working.
