DSL20HR: Channel Switch button not working (footswitch does)

I'm not sure exactly when this started happening since I use my footswitch to change channels, but I recently noticed the Channel Switch Button on my DSL20HR isnt working. It feels like it has the standard "click" to the button, but the amp does not change channels when I press it.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Thanks!

Yeah this,…^

My Dsl works that way, if the footswitch is plugged in it overrides the panel switch, and only the footswitch works.

I’m guessing those guys are right, as that’s how it works on the SL5 I received in the trade with Vin.

THEN> You shouldn't beat yourself up of feel like any kind of tard -___-! Just something you never noticed, as it didn't really affect the way YOU normally use the amp!

Welcome to the Marshall Forum @BREEbreeJORjor, I neglected to say that earlier.

Like @Gene Ballzz said, don’t beat yourself up, there’s no dumb questions here, take it from someone who knows, me! :D

Hey everyone! So like you all said, the footswitch was overidding the button on the panel. Thank you all for the help!
Glad it was not a problem.
You never know it the FS was hiding an actual panel button issue, which is why I suggested trying it with the FS unplugged.
I never meant to imply user error.
The only dumb questions are the ones never asked.
As far as dumb posts go..., I've got well over 5,000. :D

No worries, as soon as you mentioned it I knew it most likey was, in fact, user error.

It never even occured to me that the FS might override the panel button. I appreciate the guidance!
