For home use, should I get a Vox V212C or a Marshall ST112 for my SV20H?

Vox is 2x12 Greenbacks with MDF construction while Marshall is 1x12 creamback with Birch plywood construction. I'm not sure which one will bring out the SV20H's tones better. I play a wide variety of music and not locked into a specific genre

which one will bring out the SV20H's tones better.
Greenbacks or creambacks will add different tones to your SV20, not necessarily "bring out" tones.
Two speakers will sound fuller than one, so it might be hard to compare to a 2x12 to a 1x12.
A Marshall 212 might be a better comparison.
Have you tried either type of speaker with this amp?

In smaller cabs and at lower volumes, different cab materials will change the tone less than the different speakers.
Which combination is "better" is your call.

I think this is very much individual preference, and what sound you like.

I prefer "1936 style" horizontal 2x12 with Greenbacks over other 1x12's or 2x12's. Top choice is a GB loaded 1960 (4x12), also for home use.
