Check out this diagram from the PS2 manual. The player is using an amp and cab (not IRs). And then, the signal is being fed to the PA via the attenuator's balanced line out jack. But what IS this signal? It doesn't seem to include any cab or IR. So if it was then sent from mixer to house mains, what would you be hearing- a fizzy amp with no cab?
