Wow! What a beauty

The Modern Lite is having an all-mahogany-body in thin shape without a maple cap.
The sound would probably be a little bit less bright and less punchy than a regular maple top les paul.
To me, it is still far better than a weight relief chambered body les paul. Especially I have accustomed myself to all my Hamer Studio guitars with a similar thin body. The images of those weight relief chambered bodies are having a psychological effect on me, making me uncomfortable to try one.
