I understand your point. But it's for this reason that they treat badly many customers, because people don't want to waste energy with them.
Anyway for a big company like them it should have been a moment doing it.
Way of the world I'm afraid. Pile em high, sell em cheap, customer service went out with the co-op horse.

For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about years ago every town in the UK had a shop called the co-operative or the co-op and every co-op had a horse (or 2 or 3) to pull the delivery cart. No more....
