MF’ers! My JCM 2000, when less than room temp, powers up quite slowly. That is, from the time I hit the power switch, it sometimes takes more than 3 seconds but no more than 5to indicate power on. Should I be at all concerned? The amp performs beautifully even when on for several hours, so I’m pretty sure bias drift isn’t an issue.
However, I am a burgeoning amp build so will tinker away if I see an excuse to and this forum simply rocks. Thanks all.
