Hi I’ve Just got a Marshall G100R cd , with a 4x12 cab, but the footswitch is missing is there an alternative I can use for this amp thanks

Any single button latching footswitch will work.
Doesn't need the Marshall logo...
Channel switching is the only FS function.
(Per the manual, PEDL 10008 is the original FS for this amp)

And checking Reverb can sometimes yield a bargain.
I snagged this last week for $10 + postage.
