hi guys!

New to the forum here but planning to stay here for a long time:)

Just gone back to playing Marshall again and I found a great version of the Vintage Modern 2266 head but Im looking for a great cab for it.

The vintage modern 425 would be the obvious choice but they are not sold any more and is hard to find used here (Norway).

Im thinking about the 1960 AX cab, but im very interested in hearing from you guys and what cab you would recommend for this amp.

The style is rock, like a mix of Foo Fighters and QOTSA.

I found a JCM 900 cab here, but I dont know anything about that cab and if its a good match or not...

My 1960AC sounds great with my 2266.
Same speakers as the AX.,

I would get the AX, it is a near perfect match...very nice,
you can't go wrong!!

Greenbacks are great, but it sounds like you play a more modern type of music. I would go with V30's.

Marshall paired greenbacks with the VM. I'd look for a 1960AX or BX.
