Here's some of my favorite songs from here.

Basically a poem, sung with tons of power (>1:00)

From the same singer, a slightly funky song, it bops!:

Also from the same singer, also funky, also bops, but this one has a FIRE piano solo at 2:34

A rock song that everyone and their grandma knows here:

A very powerful singer, slow ballad, main part starts at 1:10

A not-so fast rock song, with very funky guitar interludes in places and a nice synth solo in the middle:

There's also a whole album of the band "bet bet" full with great guitar licks:
Sort of a country spoof, not really country
Clean guitar licks, maybe reminiscent of David Gilmour:
More clean guitar licks, this whole album is clean guitar licks...
Very nice riff at the start:
A nice, clean guitar riff, in drop D
Perhaps inspired from Tiny Dancer by Elton John, lyrics go like
"On the tongue she dances with lone shoes. no velvet nor silk's hiding her. in mechanical eye lightbubs. her skin shivers so sweetly
Trough the room like tender snakes, hairy hands go trough the smoke, their mouths full of money signs, biting, loving, chocking, will not spare" "Don't call me tonight, don't call me"
Kinda goofy but the riff really pulls it together (mind the crappy 2007 music video):

And I'm sad to say that music today here has been grabbed by the pop scene, even autotune started to creep in recently
