I've got a thread started on TGP about the amp but figured I'd run it past the true Marshall freaks here (I mean that with all due respect 😉)

Here's the orig thread if your interested: https://www.thegearpage.net/board/i...hall-jmp-2104-thoughts.2592136/#post-39592040

Basically finally made the leap and grabbed probably my all time bucket list amp. Would love to hear your thoughts on originality and all that.

It did come with EL34's so I'm assuming it's been modded.

Any insight is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Love the small check amp/cabs! Congrats and good job!

I see the speakers are G12T75's and aren't original. 1993 for those.

Yep, I knew they weren't orig. But thanks for the date was just looking up the code in another tab haha

Will be trying to track down some G12-65's at some point

HNAD, that's a very sweet and sexy amp! I love these "2204 2x12" combos.

I bought a similar earlier this year, about 1 year older. Link to my thread below if you want to compare. It's a Scandinavian model, with some extra fuses, and stock EL34.

My only other concern is this white oxidation type stuff that is on the OT and the PT. The choke doesn't seem to be effected by it. Is this cause for concern or do yall think it's just environmental?

(Sorry for the bad camera angles)

Edit:

Additional question do you think it's worth changing these diodes, and what diodes are these? (1n4007?)

Pretty normal, I have seen worse. I might clean them up a little to slow the process but it doesn't look bad enough to be a concern either way.

I forgot to specify, I was referring to the white oxidation on the OT/PT, but either way thanks for the feedback!
