For an actual 50th not a current production model.
I just checked my studio inventory and I last bought a
Marshall DSL-1C 1 Watt combo in 02/05/2017 for $489.00

I did get it once I saw Vol and Gain on ch 1

I'm not getting the pics either.
Did the thing Dogs suggested and cut & pated the web link.
Here's a screen clip.

I would buy a DSL1 50th Anniversary even for $550, if I had to pay that much (new). The original faceplate style, plus the extra control for the clean channel is a huge plus over the regular DSL1.

Totally agree, though I've not spent enough time yet to bond with them.
To me, the break up is kind of raspy and it takes some doing to smooth it out.

The JVM1H is my go to 1 watter , but even at that, it's still a toy.

Congrats man, those are cool little combos!

What about that small cab and the 8” speaker, how does it sound? I haven’t heard an 8” speaker I like in any size cab.

If you are jamming with a buddy, it's fine.
I played it thru a 2X12 and it sounds pretty full.
Though, that's why the others that I have are heads and I have 5 cabs of various sizes.

Other stuff:

After owning a current production DSL1 head and DSL1 combo, I wouldn't buy them for more than $250 new. Actually, I wouldn't buy them at all; they're nothing more than overpriced toys/ novelties.

(FWIW, I currently own the regular prod. DSL5 combo, DSL20 combo, DSL20 head, and DSL100HR, all of which are pretty good maps "for the money", IMO.)

A Note for others interested in the current DSL models: if you want to purchase one, consider the pricing across the models, because the difference in price to get to the next better model isn't very much. Example, if you're considering a DSL5 combo, you'd be a LOT better off coughing up an extra $100 for the DSL20 which has the full set of controls (Presence & Resonance), etc.
How big of a difference in sound is there between the regular production model and the 50th Anniversary model?

im thinking those are some of the thinnest amps ive ever heard.
Got to agree, 1 watt, though loud sounding, can only push so much . . .
I remember when I first got the JVM1H and found a little Marshall 1X10 stack.
Oh sooo disappointed, no low end at all.
Though I also put some of the blame on the recording.
