Definitely not going to knock it TS! Two iconic brands can definitely mingle together no matter how odd the relationship! I'm one that doesn't care what others think of my gear. I choose what I like and not what others like.

My Origin 20H on top of 2 Peavey 112-6 cabs. I'm sure it's odd and not appropriate for many. They are fantastic cabs with Greenbacks so really don't care they aren't a matching set. Plus Marshall and Peavey are 2 of the biggest amp brands I remember seeing in all types of 80's rock, metal and pop back in the 80's. My favorite decade by far, so they sit just fine with me.

Sweet set up, no doubt!

What is your opinion on this little ugly duckling? :mrburns: A beautiful studio set-up.
I used a 1980 JMP 2203 on top of an Avatar Contemporary 2x12(pretty much a copy of the Orange 2x12) on its side so the speakers were vertical, for hundreds of gigs. Your rig is like a 1x12 version of mine. The amp hung over the side of the cab exactly the same.

Not really an odd pairing, but this 68 straight cab has an ugly re-tolex and re-grill. Sounds glorious though with my 70 Super Bass, 71 1987 and 79 2203.

Notice orange cab is upside down. Flipped it so V30’s were topside, H30’s bottom. Kinda shit that happens when rolling speaker combos.

5150 80 watt Iconic. Cages removed for easy tube yanking/biasing.

I don’t own a Marshall cab. I tend to lean towards more value oriented offerings. ORI 50H

So most my shit doesn’t match. That’s how I dress too. People tend to leave me alone. Except the strippers. Green makes em really friendly. :naughty:IMG_3122.jpeg
