I'm restoring a '68 50W head and 3 of the current knobs are later JCM800 style. I have 1 other period correct knob and would love to get 2 more to complete the amp. Anyone have 2 in the bottom of the drawer?

Those would appear to be the type where the caps are made of nickel silver. I've seen them on as late as a 1973 Superlead. Good luck, they're not easy to come by separately. If it were me I'd just put on a new set of replacement knobs and save back the originals for when you DO complete the set. Which might take a while.

I would but the replacement knobs are so off... I can't stand the look of them on a modern amp, much less an original plexi. With so many well made replacement parts these days I can't figure out why nobody is making decent repros... the market would be pretty big.
